We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 (after discounts, before tax).

Estimated Carrier Delivery Times

All orders ship via reliable carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Adult Signature (21+) with a valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery in accordance with federal law.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for order processing. Most orders ship within 48 hours.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at sales@420future.com for assistance.

While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to investigate and assist with a resolution. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damaged items and packing slip, and email them to our support team. If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement.

Eligibility & Process

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible products. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees

  • Partially returned bundles or sample packs
