1. Returns

Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you are enjoying your 420Future™ products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Please review the details of our Return Policy below.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date, and items must be in new, unused condition.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team via the [Contact Page] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will be notified via email once the return has been completed.

For packages refused without valid reason, 420Future™ reserves the right to withhold 25% of the order total as a restocking fee.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement under warranty.
